TO1-KO1ER Night Sighting Tank Complex

The TO1-KO1ER is designed for targets observation, detection, recognition and aimed fire from the gun and coaxial machine-gun under night visibility conditions. It is used in the fire control systems of the tanks T-80, Т-84, T-72 AG. It consists of a control unit, an indication control unit, a cable, the TPN-4E device,  an information eyepiece and protective glass. Target range measurement is provided by the day sight laser rangefinder. Distance and lateral lead values are displayed in the information eyepiece. The implementation of electrical coupling between the head mirror and the gun instead of a mechanical one, the field of view stabilization, an automatic input of aiming and lead angles enabled the fire effectiveness to be improved twice as good and the time for fire preparation to be reduced 2 or 3 times.
